Stickers
✧Are your stickers waterproof?
Both our laminate and vinyl stickers are waterproof so you can put them on things like water bottles without worry.
Our sticker sheets are water resistant but not waterproof so please keep this in mind when ordering.
✧Are your stickers dishwasher safe?
Our vinyl stickers are dishwasher safe!
However our laminate stickers are not; please handwash with lukewarm water.
✧What's the difference between laminate and vinyl stickers?
While both are waterproof, our vinyl stickers are even more durable. They are weatherproof and are better for outdoor use against the elements!
Shipping
✧What is the "Untracked Lettermail" option?
Orders placed with this option are sent untracked with a stamp in order to reduce your shipping costs. You will not be able to track the order or get status updates.
✧What if I want my order to be tracked?
We currently offer tracked shipping as an option at checkout for orders going to Canada, USA, and Australia only. Specific products/larger orders may require tracking due to weight and size, which will be calculated at checkout.
We now have FREE tracked shipping to Canada and USA on orders $80 and over. Automatically applied at checkout.
✧How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Below are the estimated delivery times not including processing times. Please keep in mind these are rough estimates and do not include delays.
Canada (domestic): 3 - 15 business days
USA: 5 - 30+ business days
International: 7 - 45+ business days
If you purchased the tracked shipping option, please refer to the email with your tracking information.
✧Do you ship to the EU/UK
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship orders to the EU/UK. Hopefully in the future we will be able to!
✧Do you charge customs or any other fees?
No, you will be responsible for paying any additional costs, such as import duties or customs fees if necessary.
✧When will my order be shipped out?
I will always try to have your order out as soon as possible, please check out the announcement bar at the top of the page for current processing times! Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
Returns & Exchanges
✧Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. However if you do not receive your order within 21 business days (Canada) or 40 business days (International) please email us at: hello@anxietea.studio or use the contact form and we may send you a replacement. We will only send out one replacement order, if the replacement order does not arrive we will not be able to send another.
✧I purchased an item before a sale, can I get a price adjustment?
We do not offer price adjustments for any items that are purchased before a sale. To keep up to date with our shop and to be the first to know about upcoming sales follow us on social media!
✧Can I cancel or change my order?
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
