How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Below are the estimated delivery times not including processing times. Please keep in mind these are rough estimates and do not include delays.
Canada (domestic): 3 - 15 business days
USA: 5 - 30+ business days
International: 7 - 45+ business days
If you purchased the tracked shipping option, please refer to the email with your tracking information.
When will my order be shipped out?
I will always try to have your order out within 3-5 business days, please check out the announcement bar at the top of the page for any updates!
How can I check my order status?
If you purchased the tracked shipping option, your tracking information will be included in the order confirmation email. It may take some time for order status to appear on the tracking website(s).
Those who selected the "Untracked Lettermail" option will not be able to check the status of their order. Please refer to the estimated delivery times.
Please keep in mind I have no control over orders once they have been dropped off at the post office.
I put in the wrong address, what should I do?
Please email hello@anxietea.studio with the following information:
- Subject line: "Address Correction + 'Your order #'"
- First and Last Name
- Email used for confirmation
- Correct Address
You may make corrections within 24 hours after placing your order as I may have your order shipped sooner than the listed processing time.
Do you charge customs or any other fees?
No, you will be responsible for paying any additional costs, such as import duties or customs fees if necessary.
Do you ship to the EU/UK?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship orders to the EU/UK. Hopefully in the future we will be able to!
I haven't received my order yet?
Those who purchased tracked shipping, please refer to your tracking info for updates.
Those who selected untracked shipping, please refer to the estimated delivery times for a general idea of when your order may arrive.
However if you do not receive your order within 21 business days (Canada) or 40 business days (International) please email us at: hello@anxietea.studio or use the contact form and we may send you a replacement. We will only send out one replacement order, if the replacement order does not arrive we will not be able to send another.
Please allow time for delays caused by COVID-19 or other global factors.
What happens to "return to sender" orders?
If the shipping address is correct, we will re-ship it once for free. However if the address needs to be updated or shipped a second time, we will charge for shipping.
